About the role

Leisure Lounges' is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis at our Smeaton Grange location. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium custom furniture products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalised recommendations
  2. Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers, highlighting the unique qualities of our range
  3. Processing sales transactions efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new collections and promotions
  5. Contributing to the overall sales targets and performance of the store
  6. Assisting with store presentation and visual merchandising tasks

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in furniture retail.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with and influence customers
  3. Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the furniture industry
  4. A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
