Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Move Home Specialist located in Melbourne, VIC. The Move Home Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating utility connections, providing excellent customer service, supporting clients through their moving process, and maintaining communication with real estate professionals and other partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales
  • Experience or knowledge in Home Improvement
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Melbourne, VIC
  • Relevant experience in the real estate or utility connection industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
