About Us

At Home of Inspire, we're making finance feel less scary and a whole lot more human. Our experienced team of brokers supports clients through every stage of their property journey from buying their very first home to building investment portfolios. We do this through mortgage and asset broking, education, and a solid team of experts.

What you'll be doing

• Assist several brokers with a wide range of administrative tasks and assist on preparing loan applications and strategies.
• Manage enquiries and correspondence via phone and email, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
• Request, collect, prepare and upload documentation for loan submissions.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and referral partners to keep applications moving and everyone in the loop.
• Support brokers with research, pre-approvals, loan comparisons and client-ready documents.
• Maintain excellent service standards with a high attention to detail.
• Work effectively within a team to achieve collective goals and contribute ideas for process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in writing loans, working on strategy, and loan applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Clear, confident communicator who can build great relationships with clients and lenders.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with mortgage software (Mercury or similar is a bonus).
• A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Ability to workshop deals and think outside the box.
• Experience running borrowing calculations, reading payslips and self employed documents.
