We are seeking an HR and Quality Manager to lead our staffing and HR functions, oversee workforce planning, and ensure our HR and governance policies remain compliant and current.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Workforce Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain compliant employment contracts, position descriptions, and HR records.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure the right trainers and staff are in place across campuses.
• Develop and implement a staffing plan aligned with CRICOS and ASQA requirements.

Policy & Compliance Oversight

• Draft, review, and update HR policies, workforce plans, and governance documents.
• Maintain staff registers, including qualifications, professional development, and industry currency.
• Support external and internal audits by ensuring HR and staffing evidence is audit-ready.
• Ensure compliance with ESOS Act, Standards for RTOs and workplace legislation.

Quality & Governance

• Manage monthly governance reporting on HR and workforce compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement cycles for HR and staffing processes.
• Oversee feedback registers (staff, student, and employer feedback) relating to HR, welfare, and support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen organisational culture and staff wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in Human Resources and workforce planning (education sector experience highly regarded).
• Excellent policy writing and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage HR systems, audits, and registers.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Management (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment desirable but not essential).
