**About Us**: Novus Education Pty. Ltd T/A Novus College is Registered training organisation who is now venturing in a new innovative startup(s). We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to the founder and executive team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Time and Task Management**: Effectively manage the founder's schedule, appointments, and to-do lists. Help prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Decision Support**: Assist in gathering information and data to aid decision-making processes. Provide research and analysis as required.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule, plan, and organize meetings, both internal and external. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and maintain records.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Ensure smooth travel logistics.
- **Presentation Skills**: Create and maintain professional and visually appealing presentations. Help with content creation and formatting.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records and documentation, including meeting notes and important files.
- **Adaptability**: Be prepared to handle a variety of tasks as needed, from HR-related duties to marketing support or educational program coordination. Previous experience in these areas is desirable but not essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role - desirable not essential.
- Excellent time management and task management skills.
- Strong decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
- Good presentation skills are a plus.
