Student Support & Administration Officer

Location: Ultimo, NSW

Benison College is currently seeking CRICOS-Registration and aiming in delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Student Support Officer with Knowledge of RTO Teams Lite Software to assist at our Burwood Campus:
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for students and visitors to the campus.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, registers, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and document control.
- Provide engaging classroom and/or online delivery.
- Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training and assessment practices.

Requirements (Essential)
- Relevant experience in Student Management System-RTO Teams Lite
- Recent and relevant industry experience in leadership/management roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and CRICOS requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

Desirable:

- Previous experience training international students.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and blended delivery.
