The People & Culture team is seeking a HR Administration Assistant to attend to daily administration duties. You will have an inquisitive nature, keen eye for detail, high level of organisational skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Working alongside the People and Culture Managers, the role will offer support in screening applicants and arranging interviews, handling a variety of administrative duties including supporting the team during lead up to internal APRA events, maintenance of our HRIS platform, drafting supporting documents, reporting and record keeping.

This is a 4 month fixed term role located in Ultimo.
- Experienced and skilled in providing high quality, professional administration support in a fast-paced team environment where confidentiality is paramount
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and time management skills Ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage workload
