Our client, McDonald's is seeking an experienced and dynamic store manager to join their growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash flow, sales reports, and budgeting
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

**To qualify for this role, you must have**:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Exhibit a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, time and resource management skills

Pay: $76,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
