To support our continued growth, Whaites + Co is now seeking a Client Services Manager to become an integral part of our team, supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations.

What You'll Do:

As the glue that holds our operations together, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Excellence:

  • Respond promptly to email inquiries.

  • Manage contracts, compliance, and file organisation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare essential pre-list kits.

  • Campaign Coordination:

  • Organise photoshoots, floorplans, stylists, and trades.

  • Prepare marketing materials and oversee property launches.
  • Compile weekly vendor reports and assist with strategy meetings.

  • Client and Operational Support:

  • Liaise with councils, strata managers, and stylists.

  • Ensure smooth client handovers and organise settlement gifts.
  • Manage testimonials and online reviews.

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a proactive, solutions-focused and team oriented administration professional with:

  • A minimum of 2 years real estate administration experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a resourceful problem-solving mindset.
  • A passion for customer service and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, plus a creative flare with social media and graphic design is a huge plus.
