About the opportunity:
The Marketing Administration role is part of the Wilson Homes dynamic Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager.
The key focus of this role is to support the creation, production and delivery of marketing material for both internal and external stakeholders. More specifically, you will:
- Support the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective media, marketing and communication plans to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in the generation of creative and media briefs and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of high quality, on brand marketing
- Help grow the company's social media presence, capturing and providing content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
- Support internal departments with the development of marketing material, including but not limited to internal communication and presentation material development
- Manage and maintain updates to the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and aligned with marketing objectives
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement
- Provide logistical support and coordination for events including catering, set up and pack down
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required
About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline
- Experience in design programs (e.g. Adobe suite) or work experience in graphic design – Highly regarded
- Possess a creative and can-do mindset
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- A passionate multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, loves to juggle, and works well in a highly productive team environment
