About the Role
We're looking for a confident and proactive Sales Administrator to provide outstanding support to our sales agents.
You'll play an integral role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring our clients and team enjoy a seamless experience every step of the way.
Your day will include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to a busy sales team
- Preparing and managing contracts, listings, and marketing materials
- Coordinating open homes and sales campaigns
- Ensuring compliance and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Liaising with clients, conveyancers, and stakeholders
- Keeping the team organised with your positive, can-do attitude
About You
You're professional, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in attention to detail and love being the "go-to" person who makes things happen.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in real estate or property administration (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence with CRMs, real estate platforms, Indesign, and Microsoft Office
- A calm, professional presence under pressure
- A team-first attitude and friendly communication style
