We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive team member to join our dynamic team at Point Cook.

Our studio offers a wide range of rehabilitation and fitness services.

The Position

This casual position is suitable for people who thrive on helping others and have an empathetic nature. This is an ideal position for a university student that loves working within a team and wishes to build strong customer service skills for their future career.

Reception staff play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and consistent delivery of office processes. These two points underpin the stability and success of our studios.

Relevant points to the job:

  • Thorough workplace induction, introducing you to policies and procedures
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Use of EFTPOS / HICAPS terminal
  • Accounts receivables

Hours are flexible with a combination of morning and evening shifts from Monday to Saturdays.

About you

  • Administration experience is advantageous but not essential. We provide a thorough workplace induction, introducing you to Evado's systems and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with social media posting, or willingness to learn
  • Interested in health and fitness
  • Confident with a good level of sales skills.
  • Have a natural tendency to want to help people
