About the Role
Support the Director across recruitment and administrative projects.
You'll handle recruitment for existing clients, assist with training coordination, and manage day-to-day administration.
Your day may include:
- Writing and posting job ads
- Screening CVs and conducting interviews
- Shortlisting candidates and scheduling client interviews
- Completing reference checks and preparing summaries
- Managing and updating the CRM
- Booking training sessions and meetings
- Preparing PowerPoints, Word docs, and Excel sheets
- Coordinating project documents and communication
- Managing Outlook inbox and calendars
- Assisting with basic marketing activities (social posts or website updates – desirable, not essential)
About You
You're confident, organised, and enjoy working independently while supporting others.
You bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence speaking with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivation and reliability working remotely
- Professional, approachable manner
- An interest or basic understanding of marketing (social media or websites) – a bonus, not essential
