About the Role

This varied role is the frontline of Plum's service experience, blending customer service, scheduling and sales. You'll assist clients via phone, email and online channels, while also driving bookings and service revenue through effective sales and follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Customer Support

    Handle general enquiries and provide advice on service and diagnosis offerings.
  • Service & Diagnosis Sales

    Explain options clearly, upsell where appropriate and recommend relevant products or services (cross-sell).
  • Booking & Scheduling

    Ensure Service & Diagnose Technicians are booked efficiently for the upcoming days in coordination with the scheduling team.
  • Outbound Campaigns

    Conduct follow-up calls for service reminders and customer outreach.
  • Real Estate & Online Channels

    Manage contact tickets, podium enquiries and work orders from property managers.
  • Showroom Support

    Assist with walk-in showroom customers, maintaining a clear focus on service and diagnosis sales.

Applicants with a background in similar environment (trade business, real estate or similar) would be highly regarded but not essential. Applicants will also be required to work alternate Saturdays as well.
