Administration / Sales Assistant

Tranquil Retirement Group is looking to employ a full time Administration/Sales Assistant for our growing prestigious villages in the Redlands at Victoria Point and Ormiston. As a local business with a strong family philosophy and a hands-on-approach, we value positive people with initiative and a passion for providing excellent services to our residents.

  • Representing TRG for Residents, Visitors, Families, Contractors and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Working at both Victoria Point and Ormiston Villages as required
  • Provide support to our Administration and Sales teams
  • Perform Sales role as needed for both villages
  • Sales and Marketing activities for both villages
  • Day to day administration duties of running a retirement village and housekeeping duties for offices.
  • Provide administration and sales support for all aspects of Sales including database, contracts, refurbishment process, inspections and weekends by appointment to secure any sales, open days and information sessions as required.
  • Experience in management of CRM Databases and Microsoft Office Suite
