About the role
We are seeking a full time Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team at the Assyrian Sports and Cultural Club in Fairfield Heights, NSW. As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our bar and gaming facilities.
What you'll be doing
- Serving customers at the bar and gaming area including taking orders, cleaning, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Restocking and maintaining bar supplies and equipment
- Providing assistance and support to customers using the gaming facilities
- Ensuring all gaming machines and equipment are functioning properly
- Adhering to relevant liquor licensing, gaming, and occupational health and safety regulations
- Assisting with cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the bar and gaming areas
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or gaming industry
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale skills
- Familiarity with gaming machines and equipment
- RSA & RCG required
- A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Availability to work on weekend nights.
