About the role

We are seeking a full time Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team at the Assyrian Sports and Cultural Club in Fairfield Heights, NSW. As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our bar and gaming facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving customers at the bar and gaming area including taking orders, cleaning, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Restocking and maintaining bar supplies and equipment
  • Providing assistance and support to customers using the gaming facilities
  • Ensuring all gaming machines and equipment are functioning properly
  • Adhering to relevant liquor licensing, gaming, and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with cash handling and reconciliation
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the bar and gaming areas

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or gaming industry
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong cash handling and point-of-sale skills
  • Familiarity with gaming machines and equipment
  • RSA & RCG required
  • A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
  • Availability to work on weekend nights.
