Casual / Part-Time Bar & Restaurant Supervisor – Local Burger Bar, Crows Nest

We're on the hunt for two legends to join our small but mighty team as Supervisors at our fast-paced local burger bar.

This isn't your average hospo gig – we want personality first, everything else second. If you're the kind of person who loves a good chat but also knows when to put your head down and get it done, you'll fit right in.

What's on offer:

  • Paid at Level 5 Supervisor Award Rate – $37–$43/hr
  • No brutal late nights (close 11pm weekdays, midnight weekends)
  • 3–4 closes per week
  • Food & drinks on us during shifts
  • Future opportunities for more hours if you're keen
  • 2-minute walk from Crows Nest Metro
  • A role that crosses over bar + floor – keeps things interesting

What we're looking for:

  • Hardworking with solid attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills (preferred but not essential – we value initiative most)
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, team-first environment
  • A people-person who brings good energy, but can also steer the ship when needed
