Seal Your Future - Join a Global Leader We're on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join a high-performing team based out of Newcastle.  You will be the driving force behind customer growth and satisfaction, gain hands-on experience, and actively develop business. This role requires you to hit the ground running and includes:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory
  • Developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Proactively arrange and attend meetings with customers and deliver high-impact sales presentations
  • Managing sales budgets, forecasting, tracking and reporting on KPI targets

ABOUT YOU

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be an experienced sales representative who is driven, self-sufficient, proactive and ready to take on a challenge. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sealing the deal. You'll bring:

  • Proven Sales Representative experience, including selling products into the power generation and/or metallurgical industries
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps and valves
  • Experienced in business development, negotiation and maintaining client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet budgets and sales KPIs
  • The ability to read basic engineering drawings
