Role

We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join a high-performing team based in Newcastle. This role requires you to hit the ground running and includes:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory
• Developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with customers
• Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Proactively arrange and attend meetings with customers and deliver high-impact sales presentations
• Managing sales budgets, forecasting, tracking and reporting on KPI targets
  
  

About You:

About

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be an experienced sales representative who is driven, self-sufficient, proactive and ready to take on a challenge. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sealing the deal. You'll bring:

• Proven sales experience, including selling technical products into the power generation and/or metallurgical industries
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps or valves
• Experienced in business development, negotiation and maintain client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet budgets and sales KPIs
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• The ability to read basic engineering drawings
