School Swimming Business Development Officer

- Temporary Full-Time for 18 months with the possibility of extension
- Located in Arncliffe West (Turrella) with flexible working arrangements available
- Clerk Grade 5/6 salary range $99,938 to $110,271
About the role
- Manage pool hire, entry subsidies and instructors
- Build and maintain aquatics partner networks
- Set up office systems and streamline processes
- Coordinate records, databases and reporting
- Resolve complex enquiries; escalate when needed

The School Swimming Business Development Officer builds networks to support collaboration and liaison with all aquatic agencies to meet the operational requirements of the School Swimming and Water Safety Program.

About you –
- Know aquatics standards for school-aged children and staff
- Drive strong partner and stakeholder relationships
- Use administrative systems to manage data and records
- Balance priorities to meet timeframes and budgets
- Write clear briefs, updates and recommendations
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid NSW driver licence
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
