About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our busy production facility in Condell Park.

As part of an established international soft drink manufacturing company, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input production data, inventory records, and quality control information into company systems
  • Verify and update database records to ensure data integrity
  • Process orders, shipping documentation, and manufacturing reports
  • Maintain filing systems and organize electronic and physical records
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams
  • Generate reports and respond to data queries from various departments
  • Ensure compliance with company data management procedures

Essential Requirements

  • Must have unlimited working rights in Australia (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency)
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
