The Role

As a key member of our clients production team, you'll be responsible for creating accurate, detailed shop drawings and manufacturing documentation using Cabinet Vision. You'll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and the workshop team to ensure every detail meets our clients quality standards.

Our Client specialises in high-quality custom joinery for residential and commercial projects across Sydney. Their team is passionate about precision, craftsmanship, and bringing creative designs to life. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Draftsman with strong Cabinet Vision skills to join their dedicated and talented team.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and modify detailed joinery drawings using Cabinet Vision

* Generate accurate cut lists and CNC-ready files for production

* Work closely with designers and clients to finalise layouts and specifications

* Ensure drawings align with manufacturing and installation requirements

* Contribute technical input during the design and production process

About You

3-5 years' experience as a Joinery Draftsperson or Cabinet Maker/Draftsman

Proficiency in Cabinet Vision (essential)

Strong understanding of joinery construction and materials

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
