About The Role
We're looking for an energetic and organised Office Manager who can keep our office running smoothly while also supporting our CEO and senior leaders with executive tasks—and adding creative value to our marketing activities.
In this varied role, you'll be the hub of the office: the person who keeps things ticking, ensures our leaders are supported, and helps drive internal and external brand initiatives. From managing calendars and coordinating team activities, to creating engaging social content and assisting with marketing campaigns, you'll have the chance to wear many hats and make a real impact.
If you're someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys being the "go-to" person, and loves the mix of admin, leadership support, and creative marketing projects—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and productive workplace
- Provide executive support to the CEO and senior leaders, including diary management, travel bookings, inbox coordination, and meeting preparation
- Coordinate internal communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and events
- Manage our social media platforms with fresh, engaging content
- Organise and coordinate internal team events and industry functions
What You'll Bring
- Experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A creative eye and interest in marketing, branding, events, or social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation is highly regarded
