The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced and driven Pre-Delivery and Service Manager to join the team based in Tullamarine. This full-time role will see you leading a team of Pre-Delivery Technicians and Service Controllers, ensuring an exceptional experience is provided to their customers, whilst also driving continuous improvement.

Day to day:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Controllers, including performance management and process improvement.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Delivery Team, ensuring customer delivery expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring and training to team members to help develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Hands-on assistance in Pre-Delivery when required, including facilitating special orders or bespoke modifications.
  • Collaborating with other departments to help improve processes and resolve any cross-functional issues.

About you

Ideally, you will have a strong track record in a similar role from an equipment supplier, service or trade related business. 

  • A hands-on Manager with a direct operational background, with a knack for getting stuff done.
  • Significant experience in an operational leadership role, and a track record of developing high performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in utilising customer service management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
