Qualifications & Skills * Motor Vehicle Sales Licence (highly desirable). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver a first-class customer experience over the phone. * Telesales or phone-based sales experience (highly desirable). * Knowledge of new car products and trends (preferred but not essential). * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Experience using CRMs and collaboration tools such as Slack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service.
  • Proactively contact new leads, verify details, qualify buyer needs, and facilitate dealer quotes to close sales.
  • Liaise with multiple dealerships to secure the best price and availability.
  • Stay informed about new car offers, promotions, and market trends, sharing insights with buyers.
  • Promote aftermarket products to in-market customers.
  • Provide alternative vehicle options where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress within the CRM.
  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries from SMS and email channels within defined SLAs.
  • Guide customers toward available online resources to support their buying decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements.
  • Share feedback with management on recurring customer issues and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, process deals, and contribute to a positive team environment.
