**Description**:
**The Role**:
Developing a team of highly professional and motivated Consultants

Act as first point of contact for Customer enquiries for our network of existing and future customers across Australia, by personal example lead the way and make calls to customers and gain uptake of deals and offers available

Manage customer interactions especially in country areas over the phone and utilising our CRM system to record communication for the Field Sales Team.

Collaborate with our Field Sales Team to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them

Keeping up to date with business initiatives and new product lines

Create further interest in the GDA portfolio by offering customers more information about brands and offers available

Work with your manager to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies

Monitor daily call numbers to increase efficiency of the call centre

Keep the CRM system updated with relevant changes to customers and prospective customers

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
- Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills required
- Computer literate with an eye for detail
- Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
- Target driven and able to work to KPI’s and target
