Administration Officer
A great opportunity exists to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Kingsgrove. Due to expansion and growth, the company is looking for a strong administrator to join their busy team.
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Customer & Phone Management
- Assist the marketing and pricing team
- Reception duties
- Update database
- Data entry into Excel
- Update daily and monthly reports
- Conduct weekly stock takes
- Perform ad-hoc admin support tasks, such as filling out internal documents, form templates, and tracking sheets
- Liaise with internal staff across sales and production to ensure follow-up on customer and operational requests
- Assist in general back-office flow by following instructions and adapting to changing daily priorities
- Strong verbal communication and phone manner
- Able to listen well and document information clearly and accurately
- Advanced Excel skills using pivot tables, macros and vlookup function
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly
- Industry background in retail/consumer goods would be an advantage
