**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an **Administrative Support Officer** to be part of our Capability, Performance and Youth Command team. The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the command/business unit.

**Target Question 1**:
This role demands a high level of customer service working within a high volume environment which includes administration of workers compensation claims. Please provide an example of a time when you dealt with various stakeholders to ensure the needs of the injured worker and the business unit were met.

**Target Question 2**:
This role supports multiple business units following agreed standard operational procedures whilst adhering to policies and awards. Describe a time when you took initiative to amend a procedure you identified could be improved. Explain how you did this and what was the outcome?
