An exciting opportunity has become available for a Office Administration Assistant to work from our head office located in Hurstville. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful and growing company, servicing the Industrial Recruitment Industry.

Your responsibilities,
- Managing day to day office duties
- Recruitment - screening and interview
- Field employee management
- Timesheets, Payroll and Billing
We require someone with,
- Excellent Customer Service
- Sound knowledge of computer systems
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Excellent oral and written skills
- People skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Work flexible hours, available for early starts
- Understanding of Blue Collar industry, preferred
- Exposure to OHS standards, preferred
- Drivers license, preferred
