About the role

MODEC Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Perth WA 6000 on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance to the wider business.

What you'll be doing

  • Reception duties – answering phone calls; screening and responding to emails, meeting & greeting clients; maintaining the office area; and other general office duties as required.
  • Administration duties - filing, data entry, word processing, scanning & photocopying
  • Assist with the maintenance of records and databases.
  • Collating and preparing weekly and monthly reports to share with the wider team.
  • Assisting in stock control (stationery, kitchen and other office supplies).
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are ready for use.
  • Liaise with personnel and book required employment medicals.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and other duties as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and to help in other areas of the business if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.
  • A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
