Join Next Level Racing, a global leader in simulation technology trusted by Boeing, Ferrari, Ford, Sony, and the FIA. Our racing and flight simulators are used by enthusiasts and professionals in over 50 countries — and we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help us continue shaping the future of simulation.

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our online and showroom customers — helping with everything from product selection to technical support — while being part of an exciting, fast-growing company in the gaming and tech space.


What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and in person at our Bundall showroom.
  • Assist customers across our range of racing cockpits, flight simulators, haptic systems, and accessories.
  • Troubleshoot technical queries and guide customers through setup and care.
  • Manage orders, returns, and enquiries through Shopify and other digital platforms.
  • Engage with customers via live chat and social platforms to resolve issues in real time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and share ideas.

What You'll Bring
  • A passion for gaming, simulation, and technology.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and time management.
  • Team player attitude — confident working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Freshdesk, Shopify, or is an advantage (training provided).
  • Must have the right to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
