The Role
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Settlements Operations Manager to lead our mortgage settlements team at Pepper Money. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a smooth, accurate, and compliant settlement experience—while guiding a high-performing team and keeping customer satisfaction front and centre.
You'll help shape how we deliver outstanding service, stay ahead of industry trends, and ensure our processes meet both legal and business standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure settlement processes run smoothly and deliver a standout experience, keeping pace with industry and global trends.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Oversee loan documentation and certifications, ensuring everything meets legal and regulatory requirements.
- Process Management: Manage end-to-end settlements in line with Pepper and legal guidelines, always with the customer in mind.
- Team Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire the Settlements team to achieve group goals and grow professionally.
