The Role: Loan Settlements Officer

Macquarie Park, Sydney (WFH Tuesdays + Fridays)

Full-Time

$70K - $80K + Super

What You'll Be Rocking Day-to-Day:

Client Champion – Be the go-to for clients post formal approval, guiding them through contracts and documentation with zero stress.

Valuation & Pricing Manager – Keep valuations on track so approvals never stall and ensure pricing is always competitive for the client.

Doc Reviewer – Triple-check loan documents before they hit the client's desk.

Lender Liaison – Build strong connections with lenders to keep things moving smoothly.

System Pro – Leverage Broker Engine and banking platforms to hit every deadline.

Milestone Tracker – Stay on top of timelines and documentation so settlements never miss a beat.

Market Aware – Keep across mortgage trends and regulatory updates.

Compliance First – Every step handled by the book, every time.

Client Support – Be responsive, reliable, and always one step ahead of client queries.

Post Settlement - Conduct health checks with customer to ensure interest rates remain competitive for the client.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in mortgage settlements (or similar)
  • Broker Engine + Australian banking platform experience (bonus points )
  • An eagle eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle tasks like a pro
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills — you know how to keep clients and stakeholders informed and confident
