As a Settlements Officer you will be responsible for reviewing automotive loan documents prior to processing payments, working closely with dealers and lending officers to resolve issues and always providing a high-level of customer service.

What you'll do

  • Reviewing and processing incoming loan contracts accurately
  • Identifying inconsistencies with customer documentation and information provided
  • Liaising with Business Managers regarding their queries
  • Communicating issues with settlement documents to dealers
  • General administration duties

What you'll bring

  • Recently completed qualifications in Finance or alternatively, 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A motivation to learn
  • Enjoy a fast-paced and diversified work environment
  • Be readily adaptable to change and challenging problems
