Fine Wine Manager (and casual positions in coming months)

We are on the lookout for a Retail Manager to help us assist our customers discover and select premium wines.  We offer a diverse range of wines from direct imports to Australian icons.

This is a full-time role based in Collingwood working with a small team and looks after all the of the day to day operations:

  • Arranging tastings, dinners, events and staff training
  • Answering customer queries, researching and ordering wine, stock management and processing of orders
  • Management of website along with promotions and offers
  • Freight management, picking, packing and delivery.

A passion for wine and an enthusiasm for hands on customer service is a pre-requisite.
