The space is both grand and intimate, designed to stir the senses and celebrate the art of hospitality. The menu is a celebration of premium Australian produce. With a focus on exceptional quality, craftsmanship and technique.

Fine Dining experience hatted or Michelin star experience preferred

We are looking for chefs of all levels and experience.
The RoleWe are looking to hire an experienced Chef who can-
- Execute a station with precision, consistency.
- Work side by side with our senior kitchen staff follow direction.
- Complete prep work and production processes with efficiency and accuracy.
- Uphold the kitchens standards in food safety.
- Promote & be a part of a fun work environment
To be successful in this role you will-
- Have a high attention to detail and finesse and ability to uphold high standards.
- Be organized and have good time management.
- Have a positive attitude and be keen to learn as well as teach others.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house.
