Purpose of your role
As our Partnerships Account Manager, you will own and accelerate the growth of our most valuable partnerships. You will be the strategic force behind our existing partner portfolio, transforming key relationships into major drivers of business success. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills to support the growth of our existing partnerships, in key verticals.
What you do
- Analyse our partner portfolio to uncover growth opportunities and build strategic plans to capture them
- Cultivate strong relationships with our key partners and their stakeholders, to activate growth
- Develop and execute innovative initiatives and campaigns to increase partner engagement, generate client referrals, and achieve scalable growth across partner verticals
- Serve as the internal champion for our partners, working seamlessly with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure a frictionless experience for partners and their referrals
Qualifications
What you bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in partnership, sales, marketing or business development
Knowledge, skills, experience
- You have excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills to find insights and are a natural storyteller with data, to build persuasive presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are a natural connector who excels at building trust and rapport, turning professional relationships into true partnerships.
- You possess sharp commercial instincts and navigate negotiations with confidence.
- You are driven by results and have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your goals and KPIs.
- You are endlessly curious, with a desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
