About The Role
Our flagship SaaS product, Jade ThirdEye, is at the forefront of our mission at Jade Software, enabling customers to detect and prevent financial crime. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow our partner ecosystem for our Jade ThirdEye Product.
In this role, you'll work with technology and channel partners to deliver joint value, expand our market presence and help customers stay ahead in the fight against financial crime. You'll be the face of our partner relationships, building trust, driving commercial outcomes, and ensuring partners feel supported and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our partner relationships.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners.
- Drive joint initiatives that increase revenue and customer impact.
- Collaborate with our Product Business Unit teams to align partner activities.

What makes you stand out
- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (ideally in SaaS/fintech/regtech).
- Commercially savvy with a track record of growing and deepening partnerships.
- A natural collaborator and relationship builder, able to connect at all levels.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of AML, compliance, or financial crime prevention.
