Job Description
Join TAL's Consumer & Growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our direct-to-customer offerings. As a Partnership Growth Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of innovative products and propositions through strategic partnerships—both new and existing—turning them into lasting, successful collaborations. You'll manage the launch and ongoing implementation of new partnerships, working closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery.

Supporting the Head of Growth and Business Development, you'll maintain strong account management rhythms that keep all stakeholders aligned and focused on customer and business outcomes.

In This Role You Will

  • Collaborate with the Consumer & Growth team and stakeholders to successfully launch new Alliance Partnerships and achieve partner goals.
  • Lead the development and delivery of new distribution models for partners.
  • Monitor and share insights on service delivery across TAL teams and providers to ensure alignment with shared business goals.
  • Support discovery and opportunity assessments for new partnerships and distribution models, including creating high-quality proposition materials.
  • Build strong knowledge of your partner portfolio and supporting technology providers.
  • Ensure clear communication of joint partnership objectives both internally and with partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic account management and building strong partner relationships
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, influence, and relationship development
  • Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in a finance or business-related field
  • Highly disciplined with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of Australian insurance market and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
