What's the role?
The Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager plays a critical role within the internal media team, ensuring the smooth operation of tools, platforms, and processes that enable effective campaign delivery and performance measurement.

This role oversees process optimisation, digital performance analytics and dashboards while working closely with the Senior Manager and Head of Digital Performance. They will provide technical expertise, implement solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage ad tracking strategies, including platform-specific tags and pixels.
  • Oversee tagging and analytics tools across NCA- troubleshoot and resolve digital marketing tagging and tracking requirements, either through independent implementation or by collaborating with internal/external developers.
  • Leverage BigQuery to clean and structure marketing performance data for use in dashboards and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Google Data Studio, and other BI tools to service different stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Data Visualisation teams to ensure accurate data capture, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
  • Develop, document, and optimise internal processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in campaign management and reporting.
  • Manage the technical aspects of key marketing platforms (e.g., marketing automation, ad management systems, Brand Networks) to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and add-ons that enhance performance tracking, reporting, and team productivity.

Who are you?

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing pixel tracking, ad tags, and platform integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery (or equivalent data warehouse technologies).
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks in Looker, Google Data Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of accountability, combined with a collaborative and positive team-oriented mindset.
