Stella is on a mission to champion equality and design products for a fairer world. We're a fast-growing business with a bold vision, and we're looking for a Head of Marketing to help drive growth through effective, data-driven marketing.
The Role:
As Stella's Head of Marketing, you will be both the strategic lead and the hands-on executor of all marketing initiatives. You will shape and deliver the marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and lead the implementation of integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale Stella's marketing function from the ground up. The role starts as a part-time position (3 days per week), with the potential to increase to 4 and eventually 5 days per week as the business evolves.
You'll be responsible for everything from strategic planning to day-to-day execution, making this ideal for a senior marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Stella's marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Drive strategic initiatives across brand, acquisition, retention, and customer experience.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline platforms.
- Manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Own performance marketing activities including paid media, SEO, and analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing supports business priorities.
- Analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
- Continuously improve marketing processes, reporting, and workflows
Skills & Experience:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on marketer with:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within insurance or a regulated industry.
- Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for building from the ground up.
