You'll lead revenue strategy, market expansion, and commercial performance. The role will include project work to improve our existing operations. If you want ownership, autonomy, and the chance to help shape a brand that inspires greatness, this is your seat.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive revenue and profit growth through strategic, scalable initiatives.
  • Lead projects to optimize existing operations.
  • Expand into new markets across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build strategic partnerships and identify new customer segments.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to realize our commercial vision.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in a senior commercial, strategy, or sales role.
  • Proven success in driving revenue and profitability.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a bonus.
  • Proactive, problem-solver, and results-oriented mindset.
