VERVE Fitness is Australia's premier supplier of high-performance gym equipment, trusted by thousands of commercial gyms and elite home setups nationwide. As we scale rapidly, we are hiring a Commercial Manager to lead the charge on our next phase of growth, domestic and internationally.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to make a real impact.

You'll lead revenue strategy, market expansion, and commercial performance. The role will include project work on improving our existing operations. If you want ownership, autonomy, and the chance to help shape a brand that inspires greatness, this is your seat.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive revenue and profit growth through smart, scalable strategies.
- Project work to improve existing operations.
- Lead market expansion across B2B and B2C channels.
- Build strategic partnerships and find new customer segments.
- Work directly with the CEO to bring our commercial vision to life.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in a senior commercial, strategy, or senior sales role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability.
- Experience in fitness is a bonus, bu
- Someone who takes initiative, solves problems fast, and owns outcomes.
