What You'll Be Doing:

Working with our Studio Manager to keep our gym thriving + members coming back

Leading from the front in session, ensuring perfect form, clear coaching, and energy

Daily checks for programming updates, new movements, and session standards

Training and guiding our coaching team to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions

Setting up, packing down, and prepping the floor for the next day with care and detail

Progressing or regressing members where needed with a sharp eye + quick solutions

Confidently creating social media content to showcase our vibe and community

Having fun while maintaining professional standards
