About Climate Council The Climate Council is Australia’s leading climate change communications organisation. We provide authoritative, expert advice to the Australian public and key decision-makers on climate change and solutions based on the most up-to-date science available. The Climate Council was founded in 2013 by thousands of Australians to create a new, independent and 100% community-funded organisation in response to the abolition of the Australian Climate Commission. The role In the role of Salesforce Administrator you will maximise the Climate Council’s utilisation of Salesforce as a tool for donor and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for daily system administration and support of Climate Council users (e.g. user administration and training, system configuration, reporting and documentation). Working closely with the Head of Community and Fundraising, you will manage the prioritisation of projects and requests relating to Salesforce across the organisation. You will also have an eye to system governance and champion good data hygiene practices within the organisation. About you - You are passionate and curious about Salesforce; you are committed to continuous learning and actively engage with the Salesforce community to increase your knowledge - You have at least three years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator - NPSP experience and certification preferred - You are driven to improve data quality to help the team have impact, with experience in data and/or business analysis highly regarded - You are a self-starter and a problem solver; you will proactively identity solutions - You have a customer service mindset, working with team members to understand their needs and business drivers **or call (02) 9133 9322
