Junior Estimator – Remedial Construction | Sydney

Location: Rhodes, Sydney, NSW

Are you looking to kick-start your career in the construction industry? We're seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our growing Remedial team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work and grow your career alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and grow your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key components of role:

  • Smaller / minor works tenders you will be able to complete autonomously
  • Assist on major work/s tenders
  • Take offs
  • Value management
  • Review of specifications
  • Ensure BOQ's are complete and are easily interpreted
  • Work closely with projects managers and CM's to create methodologies and programs
  • Ensuring safety and quality measures are addressed in the submission

Qualifications and experience required:

  • QS/CA/Estimating background with 2 years minimum onsite experience
  • BA construction management graduate and/or completed a cadetship at another builder
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment – multiple tenders are completed within 2- 4 weeks of receipt
  • Buildsoft and Cubit experience
