About the role

To assist with increased project demand, Robert Plumb Fix is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to support our Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in residential construction while contributing to high-quality, design-focused projects.

  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions across residential projects.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to support the development of BOQ.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator to gather pricing data, supplier quotes, and trade estimates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by helping refine estimating tools and processes.
  • Stay informed on construction trends, materials, and pricing to support accurate forecasting.

About you

  • Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Understanding of residential construction and Australian building standards
  • Experienced with estimating software such as Cubit, IPM, or Fieldwire is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
