We are looking for an Office All Rounder Extraordinaire
Tasks would include but are not limited to -
Reception - very important as this is the frontline of our business so an excellent phone manner with ability to take accurate messages is a necessity.
Qualifications are not necessary but a willingness to learn is required - Weekly Payroll, Accounts Payable, all employee related matters, typing letters and quotes, stationery ordering, emails and general office duties, experience with MYOB and spreadsheets is a definite advantage.
You must be the sort of person who realises that checking and editing is a very important part of ensuring work is accurate.
The nature of this position means you will be working with as well as liaising with team members from all areas of the company. It is very important that you are the type of person who is understanding and can adapt to each request that is made and happy to ask for clarification if necessary.
This role is 2 days a week - 8am to 3pm (this may increase as you gain experience in the position). Please note that this is not a full time position. We require someone to be flexible as you will be called on to fill in on sick days and time off for the Office Manager as she will do for you when required. If you have another role or are attending classes on the off days this obviously is not the position for you.
