About the Role
Kanda is seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our team. In this position, you will support project management activities by coordinating tasks, assisting with documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members. This full-time role is ideal for a driven individual eager to contribute their high-level project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and tasks
- Support project documentation efforts including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
- Assist in identifying project risks and help develop mitigation strategies
About You
- Diploma or relevant qualification/experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) is required.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies
