About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Associate
to join our Regulatory & Quality team on a casual basis. This role is critical in supporting the operational quality processes across Vidacorp's beauty products. This role is responsible for reviewing production documentation, maintaining quality records, and assisting with deviations, complaints, and product release activities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Establish quality requirements for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Review and approve changes to raw materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
• Develop and approve specifications, test methods, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate stability testing and performance evaluations to confirm product quality and shelf life.
• Support pilot batches, first production runs, and ensure documentation for market compliance.
• Manage deviations, non-conformances, and quality investigations for existing products.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP and ISO standards in manufacturing and quality systems

Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems (desirable).
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset.
• Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
